Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging
  • the item must not show signs of wear, damage, or use

For hygiene and product safety reasons, items that have been opened, used, worn by a pet, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

  • used products
  • opened products
  • items returned without original packaging
  • items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@petzizi.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.
